This is an electronic board that enables the machine CPU to communicate with BTSR yarn flow sensors and/or the AST/C anti-jerk device.
Through this special device, it is possible knitting a very low type of terry.
This option enables the machine to drive two or more heel take-ups indipendently.
(Two independent heel take-ups for machines without terry and three independent heel take-ups for the machines with terry).
CLAMP FOR BARE LYCRAThis device is required for clamping the bare lycra after it has been cut. Please note that bare lycra also requires the Ultrafeeder device. |
This device recalls the yarn from the cone and stores a few coils of it on a small drum placed just above the feeding point. The yarn is then delivered to the knitting head with a very precise, constant and adjustable tension , eliminating in this way, all the tension irregularities originated by the cones. The feeding tension is constantly measured by a sensor that, in case of alterations, send a feed-back signal to the feeding motor that will change the feeding parameters in order to keep constant the feeding tension.
The feeding tension can be graduated during knitting sending signals from an electronic board (Ultrafeeder preparation) to the Ultrafeeders through a serial line.
This device is indispensable for feeding bare lycra.
