IDEA TERRY |

IDEA TERRY is a high production single cylinder sock machine with latch needles in the dial to enable it to produce true rib socks for men and children and it is provided with full electronic control. The machine is available in two versions: IDEA TERRY and IDEA TERRY S. The IDEA TERRY version is capable of two feeds terry fabric and two feeds rib fabric. The needle selection is made by 8 electromechanical actuators that enable the machine knitting the following structures: |

– 1x1 true rib welt – double welt – embroidery patterns in 6 colours plus the ground – embroidery patterns on a mock rib base with 5 colours per course plus the ground – single feed mesh pattern with additional 5 colours per course plus the ground – floated yarn mesh patterns in two feeds – two colour jacquard patterns on a flat knit base – true rib fabric in 1x1, 3x1, 5x1 etc. – 3D patterns (option)

The IDEA TERRY S version has one knitting . The needle selection is made by 7 electromechanical actuators that enable the machine knitting the following fabrics:

For both versions the terry device allows knitting the sandwich terry and the normal terry even in the same sock without any mechanical change. The change from plain stitch to half terry and full terry is completely automatic.
